    Q. 130 answer must be 4.
    because the value of r for half sibling is 0.25.
    r>c/b= 0.25>30/240. = 0.25>0.125.
    proved. please suggest.

    For question number 85 ans should be 4 only. It occurs in Trypanosome mitochondria. Reference- Molecular Biology of the Cell by alberts 5th edition page number 483, Figure- 7-100.
    Any of the splicing doesn't involve the addition of Uracil residues. only option D is correct. Option E may may be little bit correct but considering the stretches of Uracil residue it can't be correct. Hence the proper answer is only 4.
