Senior Research Fellow (one)

Rs 14000/- + 30% HRA*


M.Sc., with 60% marks in Molecular Biology/Biotechnology/Bioinformatics/Life Sciences.

Working Experience: two year or more in Molecular Biology Techniques preferably in gene isolation, cloning. and genomics software applications

Desirable: Working Experience in the area of Biofertilizer and should have basic knowledge about molecular biology techniques preferably in gene isolation, cloning.

ICAR-NFBSFARA funded project: “Common basis of defense induction in rice and mustard against sucking and gall insect pests

Senior Research Fellow (one)

Rs 16,000/- + 30% HRA*.


First class Master’s degree in Molecular Biology, Biotechnology, Biochemistry, Agriculture, Genetics, Plant Breeding, Plant Sciences, Life Sciences with research experience of minimum two years in the area of plant science and molecular biology

Desirable- Experience of molecular biology techniques related to analysis of transgenic plants, plant transformation.

*NOTE: Revised emoluments shall be payable only if educational qualifications or eligibility criteria are met as per DST OM No. SR/S9/Z-09/2012 dated: October 21, 2014 and ICAR OM No. Edn./6/27/2014/HRD dt. 13th July 2015, respectively.

Age Limit: For SRF - 35 years for men (5 years relaxation for SC/ST/OBC and woman candidates as per DBT/ICAR rules).
