Advt. for the post of Project Assistant/Project Fellow under SERB funded Project
Applications are invited for the post of Project Assistant/Project fellow with a Salary/Stipend/Fellowship/Fixed amount of Rs.8000/pm in a SERB Sponsored Project entitled “Identification of novel genetic/molecular candidates responsible for Metastatic cancer using RNAi approach and in vitro/in vivo screening of some synthetic compounds having anticancer activity in Drosophila” sanctioned up to 4 years. The post is temporary and co-terminus with the project.’
Essential Qualifications: The candidates should have a Master’s degree in one of the following subjects: Biochemistry/Biotechnology/Life Sciences/Zoology/Molecular Human Genetics with at least 55% marks.
The upper Age Limit is 28 Years (relaxable for 5 years for SC/ST/Physically Handicapped/Female candidates. All things being equal, SC/ST candidates will preferred as per GOI rules.
