Applications are invited for the position (01) of Research Associate (RA) in DST funded project entitled "Modulation of global changes in host cell by Intracellular pathogen Leishmania donovani."
Research Associate or Senior Research Fellow: One post only
Qualifications for RA: Ph.D. in Biological/ Life Sciences with good academic record as will be judged from the publication. Experience in host-pathogen interaction will be preferred.
The salary will be fixed as per the guidelines of the funding agency.

Project : "Role of Beta C1in Tomato leaf curl virus pathogenesis ".
Position Available for Senior Research Fellowship (One)
Duration: The Project will continue till July 2017. The above mentioned position is completely temporary and is co-terminus with the project. Appointed person will be expected to stay in the lab for the entire period of the project.
Salary : - As per DST rules and guidelines for SRF.
Essential Qualifications : - Eligible candidates should have a Post Graduate Degree in Life Sciences / Biochemistry / Biotechnology and CSIR / UGC/ JRF or NET qualified. Candidates should also have at least two years research experience after M. Sc. in works related to plant-virus interaction. Candidates having research experience in the area of Plant Virology will be preferred.

The competent authority may select candidate in the lower position against the above post depending upon the qualifications and experience of the candidate and reserves the right to relax any of the qualification(s) in case the candidate is found otherwise well qualified by the Selection Committee.
