It is our pleasure to announce the organization of the International Symposium on “Role of Herbals in Cancer Prevention and Treatment” during February 9-10, 2016, at School of Life Sciences, Jawaharlal Nehru University (JNU), New Delhi, India. It is being organized in association with CRCA, New Delhi; ICPO, Noida, India; UCD, USA; UOHSC, USA and UPCI, USA.
We are glad to announce the organization of a Hands-on Workshop on Handling and Care of Laboratory Animals during February 11-14, 2016 in association with CPCSEA, Ministry of Environment, Forest and Climate Change, Govt. of India.
The primary mission of this symposium is to review the current knowledge and advances for the role of natural compounds including phytochemicals and their derivatives and analogues in the cancer prevention and treatment. And, train the young researchers for the in vivo experiments using small animals.
Major Themes: Development of Phytopharmaceuticals for Cancer Control * Novel Mechanisms in Cancer Chemoprevention * An adjuvant for Chemotherapy and Radiation Therapy of Cancer * Targeting Stem Cells for Cancer Prevention and Therapy * Genetic and Epigenetic Targeting in Cancer Progression * Advances in Basic and Translational Cancer Research In addition, this symposium will provide a platform for interactions and collaborations among the scientists from various countries for the development of Phytopharmaceuticals for Translational Cancer Research.
