Bose Institute Peptide therapeutics RA Walk In 2016 February

A Walk-in-Interview will be held on February 22, 2016 at 12:00 noon in the Centenary Campus, Bose Institute, P-1/12, C.I.T Scheme VII-M, Kolkata 700 054 for One (01) position of Research Associate / Senior Research Fellow (Extended) in the DST (Nano Mission) sponsored project entitled, “Development of nano-particle based directed delivery systems for Peptide therapeutics” under the guidance of Prof. Siddhartha Roy, Department of Biophysics.

The project is tenable for three years. Details of qualifications, experience, associateship / fellowship, age etc. are as follows :

• Essential Qualification : Ph.D. degree in Chemistry or Life Sciences for RA position and candidates those who have submitted their Ph.D. thesis in Chemistry or Life Sciences but not yet awarded are eligible for SRF (Extended) position.

• Required expertise : Peptide synthesis.

• Associateship / Fellowship : Rs. 36,000/- p.m. plus admissible HRA for RA and Rs. 28,000/- p.m. plus admissible H.R.A. for SRF(Extended).

• Age : Below 35 years for RA and below 33 years for SRF(Extended). (relaxable in case of SC/ST/OBC/Women candidates only as per rules)

Eligible and Interested candidates may appear before the Selection Committee with a typed application addressed to the Sr. Prof. & In-Charge, Registrar’s Office, Bose Institute, P-1/12 C.I.T. Scheme VII-M, Kankurgachi, Kolkata – 700054 along with Bio-data giving details of qualification i.e. examination passed, year, division, percentage of marks from Secondary onwards with attested copies of Certificates, Mark-sheets and testimonials. The Candidates should also bring original mark-sheets, certificates, testimonials, thesis and papers etc. at the time of Interview. No TA/DA is admissible for appearing at the Interview.
