Walk-in interview for the position of Research Associate
There is an opening of a Research Associate position in the Integrative Taxonomy and Microbial Ecology Research Group, Department of Biological Sciences, Indian Institute of Science Education and Research Kolkata [IISERK] to investigate biogeographic patterns of benthic fauna from marginal marine habitats of Indian subcontinent. Qualifications :
Candidates with Ph.D. in Marine Biology and Oceanography/Ecology having proven track record in marine ecology and experience in benthic faunal research including peer-reviewed publications in SCI journals can appear for the walk-in interview. The salary of Research Associate will be Rs 45000 per month [consolidated]. The position will be initially for a period of six months and may be extended subject to satisfactory performance.
