Working Title: Lab Associate
Emolument: Rs. 10,000-Rs.15,000 /month – Fixed depends on experience.
Number of posts: 4
Essential Qualifications: M.Sc. (any area of Biochemistry/Microbiology/Molecular biology/Biotechnology/Microbiology/Life Sciences either Biology/Physics/Chemistry) with minimum 55 % marks from a recognized University.
Job Description: Assisting Lab coordinators & Keeping Inventory, Conducting Practicals in various laboratories, assisting with experiments by logging details and setting up lab equipment, Prior to beginning the experiment, they may also need to clean and calibrate equipment, measure compounds and prepare solutions for use, perform or help with experiments. Once complete, they may be responsible for recording results and disposing of hazardous waste.
The positions are temporary, initial appointment will be for one year, extended based on performance. Maximum age limit is 25 years.
