Applications are invited for walk-in interview for the award of one position of Junior Research Fellow (JRF) in the collaborative research work of PIET, NIMH, CIIMS and WCL Nagpur under the project entitled “Possible implications of Bioavailable iron in coal mine dust on coal workers’ lung disease” funded by CMPDI Coal S&T project under Dr. Sanvidhan G Suke, Principal Investigator, Department of Biotechnology, PIET Nagpur.

Qualification: M.Tech. / M.Sc. in Biotechnology or equivalent with minimum 55% marks.

Duration: Two and half years or co-terminus with the project.

Fellowship: Rs. 16,000/- (Rupees sixteen thousand) only + HRA (as per admissible) per month

Age: Candidate should not be more than 28 years of age as on the date of interview. The upper age limit may be relaxed as per regulations.

Date and Venue of Interview: May 31, 2016 at 11.00 AM in the Conference room of PIET.

Note: The posts are purely temporary and co-terminus with the project. Initial the person will be appointed for one year only and extension of contract will be subject to satisfactory performance.

No TA/DA will be paid for attending the interview/joining/cessation of contract.
