Applications are invited for the position of Junior Research fellow to work in the following research project sanctioned by Science and Engineering Research Board (SERB), DST, Govt. of India.
Title of the project : Characterization of Soap Nut (Sapindus trifoliatus L.) Trypsin Inhibitor and determination of its biological activity using in vitro cell culture model.
Position : Junior Research fellow (One)
Tenure : 3 Years
Qualification : Master’s Degree in Biochemistry or in allied subjects with at least 55% marks (50% for SC/ST) and NET qualified.
Fellowship : Rs. 25,000/-pm for initial two years and Rs. 28,000/-pm for 3rd year OR Qualification : Master’s Degree in Biochemistry or in allied subjects with at least 55% marks (50% for SC/ST) without NET.
Fellowship : As per University norms Desirable : Candidates with experience in protein purification and cell culture techniques will be preferred.
Age : The upper age limit is 28 years (5 years’ relaxation for female/ SC/ST/Physically Handicapped Candidate).
