Unraveling the relation between the phenotype and the genotype of an organism has been a holy grail for the scientific community. Recent technological advancements such as the next-generation sequencing techniques and machine-learning methods combined with system-level and genome-wide approaches to studying biology have made it possible to explore this relation. These structural and functional genomics approaches have also opened new avenues ranging from personalized medicine to increased agricultural productivity for the overall development and betterment of the human society. The 2nd International Conference on Structural and Functional Genomics will address the advances in the fields of Functional Genomics, Systems Biology, Gene Expression, Next-generation sequencing, Structural Biology initiatives and Drug Design that have collectively contributed to the decoding of the relation between phenotype and genotype. This conference will bring together high-profile researchers from the academic and industrial arena to discuss the evolving trends in the field and will provide an ideal platform for understanding newer directions and opportunities in the field.
