The Department if Marine Biotechnology, AMET University with a long history of teaching and research, is offering postgraduate and research programs such as

The Department is equally strengthened with both experienced and young faculty members with vast research experience and credible publication.
Eligibility for M.Sc., Marine Biotechnology: Bachelor degree from any recognized universities, in any branch of Life Sciences with not less than 55%. Candidates awaiting for final year results also can apply

Our PG Programme has been planned in such a way to equip the student to make them confident enough in facing the international job market. Our students are placed in various Aquaculture Industries, Sea Food Industries, Research Organizations (private and Government), Universities (in India and Abroad with Fellowships), Biophrama Companies etc.

University is providing specialized trainings for Spoken English, Foreign Languages, Career Development programmes, employability skills, soft skills and also assists in getting internships in Industries. Complete guidance and support will be extended to the students for getting placements. University has MoU with core Biotech industries and other Service Sectors as well for placements.
