Asian Science Camp 2016 is the tenth of the series.

The idea of Asian Science Camp was co-proposed in September 2005 after the Lindau Science Meeting by Professor Yuan-Tseh Lee from Taiwan, the 1986 Nobel Laureate in Chemistry, and Professor Masatoshi Koshiba from Japan, the 2002 Nobel Laureate in Physics.

The proposal aims to enlighten those science - talented youths through discussion and dialogue with top scholars in the world and to promote the international friendship and cooperation among the best young students of the next generation in Asia.

The Asian Science Camps aim at enlightening science talented youths through scientific discussion and dialogue with top scholars in the world   and promoting international friendship  and cooperation among the best young students of the next generation in Asia, Australia and Oceania.

The Asian Science Camp would invite Nobel Laureates and world- distinguished scientists as speakers and devise an interesting program for the participants.

The program would include plenary sessions, parallel discussion sessions between Plenary Lectures and students, poster presentations, social activities and excursions.

The working language will be English.
