Application on plain paper with complete bio-data are invited from Indian nationals for the one post of Junior Research Fellow (JRF) to work in SERB funded project titled “Identification and Characterization of DNA Primase in Leishmania donovani” for a period of three years.

The post is purely temporary and co-terminous with the project.

Qualifications: The candidates should be M.Sc. in Microbiology, Life Sciences, Biotechnology, Biochemistry or other relevant subjects with minimum 55% marks. Candidate who has qualified NET/ GATE will be preferred.

Knowledge of Molecular Biology, Biochemistry, Microbiology is desirable.

Age limit: 28 years (or as per GOI rule).

Project duration: 3 years

Fellowship: As per SERB/DST, GOI norm (Rs. 25,000/- P.M).

Other benefits: Eligible candidate may be entitled to register for Ph.D program of the University.

Note: No TA/DA will be paid for attending interview.
