Applications are invited for the positions of one Research Associate (@ Rs 38,000 + 20% HRA) in a DBT project On “Prevalence and Predictors of Vitamin B12 Deficiency: Genetic Association for Low Vitamin B12 Levels: Multicentre a pan India Study” and a JRF (@ Rs 23,000/- p.m.) in a CSIR Project “Sex Determination in Vertebrates

Qualifications: Research Associate: The candidate should be either a Ph.D. or have 3 years of research experience in human molecular genetics.

Expertise in techniques required to study the biomolecules relevant to the project will be an added qualification.

The upper age limit is 45 years.

Junior Research fellows: NET/GATE cleared with at least 55% marks in M.Sc. in life science subjects related to genetics, molecular genetics, biotechnology etc.. It is desirable that the candidate has good grasp of genetics and practical training in molecular biology techniques.

The upper age limit is 28 years.

The maximum age limit is relaxable by 5 years for female/SC/ST and physically handicapped candidates.
