Recruitment for Teaching and Non-Teaching Positions

The National Institute of Pharmaceutical Education & Research (NIPER) is an Institute of National importance established by an Act of Parliament under the aegis of Department of Pharmaceuticals,Ministry of Chemicals & Fertilizers, Government of India. The Institute has excellent facilities for advanced education and research in pharmaceutical sciences and is looking for teaching and non- teaching staff of high degree of knowledge and willing to contribute in building this institute as one of the best centres of excellence. Presently the Institute is running M.S (Pharm.) and Ph.D Programmes and planning to expand further.

The Institute has openings for the following Teaching and Non- Teaching positions on contract basis:

01 Assistant Professor Biotechnology
Qualification: Ph. D. with first class or equivalent at the preceding degree (M.Sc./M.Pharm/M.S.Pharm ) in Biotechnology/Biochemistry/Microbiology with a very good academic record throughout.
Experience: A minimum of 5 years of Teaching / Research / Industrial experience post Ph.D in downstreamprocessing, biochemical engineering, enzymology, immunology, cell signalling, protein purificationand high throughput screening. Experience gained during or before Ph.D Degree will not be considered
Age: Maximum 45 Years as on date of advertisement

05 Technical Asst Bioinformatics
Qualification: M.Sc Bioinformatics with 60% marks. 
Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience on genomic / transcriptomic data analysis in a reputed institute / university. 
Age: Maximum 35 Years as on date of advertisement
