CSIR – Central Food Technological Research Institute, Mysuru a constituent national laboratory of council of Scientific & Industrial Research Institute (CSIR), invites applications from eligible candidates for recruitment of 2 (Two) positions of Project Assistants (Level-II) initially for a period of one year or till the project is over on a temporary contractual basis in the research project entitled “Evaluation of pulse Electric Field for Recovery of Proteinaceous Material from Waste Water Streams of Fish/Meat Processing and Utilization of Recovered Biomolecules through Biotechnological approaches (GAP-0495)” at the Department of Meat & Marine Sciences, CSIR-CFTRI, Mysuru, Karnataka.
Essential Qualifications: First class M.Sc. in Food Science/Biochemistry/Biotechnology/Microbiology/Life Science or B.Tech/M.Tech in Food Technology/Food Processing Engineering or equivalent degree with good academic records.
Emoluments: Rs.12,000/- per month (Rupees Twelve Thousand only) consolidated.
