19th Workshop on ‘Computational & Structural Bioinformatics’ is being organized by Bioinformatics Centre at Mahatma Gandhi Institute of Medical Sciences, Sevagram during January 09 - 10, 2017. Interesting Lectures on Computational & Structural Bioinformatics would be delivered by expert faculty. Besides, Interactive session, Demonstrations and Hands on sessions on protein structure prediction, validation, virtual screening, ligand - receptor interaction, docking, molecular dynamic simulations, drug designing etc would also be conducted to promote use of Bioinformatics in biomedical research.

Interested Medical Teachers, Scientists, Postgraduate and PhD students who intend to apply Bioinformatics approaches in their research or wish to contribute to the developments of this field may apply for attending this Workshop. The number of participants will be restricted to 25. Interested participants can submit workshop theme-based abstracts (250 words in MS Word format) by e mail ( by December 24, 2016. Selected participants will be informed about the details of their presentation. The Faculty will be drawn from Nationwide Universities and Medical & Research Institutes.
