Project Title: “miRNAs as Biomarker of Tuberculosis”, funded by Grand Challenge IndiaBiotechnology Industry Research Assistance Council (BIRAC)

 

1. One Senior Research Fellow:

 

To carry out molecular biological studies with the clinical samples at ICGEB and InStem.

 

Educational Qualification of Applicants: Master’s degree in life sciences with 2 years research experience preferably in Molecular biology, microbiology, clinical sample handling and related studies Emoluments: (as per DBT guidelines)

 

Rs. 28,000 p.m + 30% HRA

 

Appointment will be initially for 6 months, and extension will be maximum for 3years based upon performance of the applicant and funding support from DBT.

2. One Senior Research Fellow:

 

To annotate and analyze DNA/RNA sequence data and carry out related studies at ICGEB and InStem.

 

Educational Qualification of Applicants: Master’s degree in life sciences with 2 years research experience of in silico genomic and proteomic data analysis

 

Emoluments: (as per DBT guidelines): Rs. 28,000 p.m + 30% HRA

 

Appointment will be initially for 6 months, and extension will be maximum for 3years based upon performance of the applicant and funding support from DBT.
