Junior Research Fellow (JRF) for BRNS Project 

Applications are invited for one post of Junior Research Fellow (JRF) @ Rs 25,000 p.m. + HRA as permissible for the Board of Radiation and Nuclear Sciences (BRNS) funded project titled: ‘Assessment of cellular and molecular changes in response to thoron inhalation in mice’ of three years duration. The post is purely temporary and co-terminus with the project. 

Essential qualification: Candidate must have M.Sc. degree with 55% marks in Biological Science subjects. 

Candidates qualified in the CSIR-NET/DBT-JRF/UGC-JRF are preferred and they can enroll for Ph.D. programme of Institution. 

A good academic record, inquisitiveness to do science, independent worker, a good team player, skills in any one technique used in biology (cell culture/qRT-PCR, Western blot, small animal handling, flow cytometry), excellent communication skills in written and spoken English are desirable.
