Bose Institute Bioinformatics JRF Walk IN 2017 July

A Walk-in-Interview will be held on 5th July, 2017 at 02.30 p.m. in the Seminar Room, Bioinformatics Centre, Centenary Campus, Bose Institute, P-1/12, C.I.T. Scheme VII-M, Kankurgachi, Kolkata – 700 054 for one position of Junior Research Fellow in the ICMR sponsored project entitled “Systematic identification of regulatory networks in pluripotent cells integrating coding and noncoding world” under the guidance of Dr. Sudipto Saha, Bioinformatics Centre. The project is initially for a period of one year w.e.f. 01.03.2017 and renewal upto three years after review of the work done on the project during the previous year. Details of qualification, fellowship, age etc. are as follows : 

• Essential Qualification : A good M.Sc. / M.Tech. in Life Science, Biotechnology, Biochemistry and Bioinformatics with valid GATE. 

• Fellowship : Rs. 25,000/- p.m. plus admissible HRA. 

• Age : Below 28 years as on the day on which the application is made (relaxable in case of SC/ST/OBC/Women candidates only as per rules) 

 Eligible and Interested candidates may appear before the Selection Committee with a typed application addressed to the Sr. Prof. & In-Charge, Registrar’s Office, Bose Institute, P-1/12 C.I.T. Scheme VII-M, Kankurgachi, Kolkata – 700054 along with Bio-data giving details of qualification i.e. examination passed, year, division, percentage of marks from Secondary onwards with attested copies of Certificates, Marksheets and testimonials. The Candidates should also bring original mark-sheets, certificates, testimonials at the time of Interview. No TA/DA is admissible for appearing at the Interview
