Project Title: Mapping of fusion (F) and attachment (G) glycoprotein regions of Nipah virus (NiV) to identify potential drug targets against NiV

Duration: 3 Years
Research Allowance: Rs. 16,000 (Consolidated)
Qualification: M.Tech. Biotechnology or M.Sc.Biotechnology/Virology/ Microbiology/Biochemistry/ Life sciences.
NOTE: Candidates with prior experience in animal virus methods/recombinant DNA methods /bioinformatics knowledge about Schrodinger software will be given preference
