Applications are invited for the position of Junior Research Fellow (JRF) as permissible for a DBT funded project.
Title of the project: Design and fabrication of dual mode paper-analytical-device for point of care diagnostics.
Number of position: One.
Duration of project: Three years.
Amount of fellowship: Rs 25,000 p.m. (consolidated) for I and II year and Rs 28,000 p.m. (consolidated) for III
year.
Qualifications: Masters’ degree (M.Sc. or M.Tech. or equivalent) in Chemistry, Material Science, Nanoscience/
Nanotechnology with minimum of 55% marks or equivalent CGPA; CSIR-NET/GATE qualified candidates will be
given preference.
Candidates with good academic record, experience in electrochemical sensor/biosensor
development, and excellent communication skills in written and spoken English are desirable.
Selected candidate
will work in interdisciplinary field.
Registration for Ph.D.: Selected candidate shall register for the Ph.D. programme at Yenepoya University.
