• Other Skills: Flow cytometry, PCR and Real-time PCR, Microscopy and Confocal  Microscopy

Job Description

Ø In vitro fertilisation experience (In vitro maturation of Oocytes, Processing and Quality analysis of sperms). 

Ø Use of Flow Cytometry skills for cell sorting. Also familiar with Confocal microscopy and Live cell imaging.

Ø Able to analyse the data to ensure assay development in line with GLP guidelines. 

Ø Clear understanding of the assay development process.

Ø Responsible for recording and documenting detailed observations following good documentation practices.

Minimum Qualifications (must have)

Master’s degree or higher in Biology, Biotechnology, Immunology or other related life science discipline with over 2 Year of work experience in Industry.
