Applications are invited from suitable candidates for one position of Project Fellow in a KSCSTE funded research project entitled "Genomic and Evolutionary Characteristics of multidrug resistant S. aureus isolates circulating in Kerala" under the supervision of Dr. Shijulal Nelson Sathi at Rajiv Gandhi Centre for Biotechnology, Thiruvananthapuram. The candidate must be responsible for performing microbiology and bioinformatics work at the transdisciplinary biology department.
ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS
The candidate must have a Master's degree in Microbiology with atleast 1 year experience in Handling BSL2 pathogens
AGEBelow 28 years as on July 29, 2023. Age relaxation will be given as per Govt. of India norms.
EMOLUMENT
₹22,000/- (consolidated per month).
DURATIONInitially for a period of one year and extendable for two more year or till termination of the project whichever is earlier based on performance evaluation on yearly basis.
SELECTION PROCESS

- If a candidate wishes to apply for different positions, separate applications should be submitted for each position. Selection to the position will not entitle the candidate to any future positions at RGCB (permanent or otherwise). As with all project positions at RGCB, the position will be co terminus with end of the project.
