Since its inception in 2019, the Institute has swiftly grown into a pivotal center for scientific research and education. Position: Research Assistant

(1) Science Content Writer: 

Qualifications: Educational Background: A Master's degree in any field of Life Sciences 

Scientific Knowledge: A strong understanding of scientific principles, terminology, and concepts is essential. Depending on the focus of the content, expertise in specific scientific areas may be required. 

 Writing skills: Exceptional writing abilities are essential. The capacity to convey intricate scientific concepts in a clear, succinct, and captivating manner, tailored to a non-expert audience, is of paramount importance. Proficiency in utilizing AI tools for writing is also preferred. 

Research Skills: Proficiency in conducting thorough research to gather accurate and up-to-date scientific information from credible sources is important. Being able to critically evaluate and interpret research papers and scientific literature is essential. 

Communication Skills: Effective communication skills are necessary for collaborating with scientists, researchers, editors, and other team members. This includes active listening, asking pertinent questions, and incorporating feedback. 
Creativity: A Science Content Writer should be able to present scientific information in an engaging and creative manner, finding innovative ways to simplify complex concepts without compromising accuracy. 
Attention to Detail: Ensuring accuracy in scientific content is vital. A keen eye for detail is needed to catch errors, inconsistencies, and inaccuracies. 
Salary: During the initial 6 months as a trainee, will receive a consolidated monthly salary of Rs. 13,000. Upon successful completion of the training, the salary will increase to Rs. 18,000 per month (consolidated).

(2) Plant Tissue Culture Research Assistant 

Qualifications: Educational Background: A Master's degree (or higher) in a relevant field such as Plant Biology, Botany, Horticulture, Agriculture, Biotechnology, or a related discipline. Familiarity with experimental design, data collection, and analysis related to plant tissue culture experiments. Plant Tissue Culture Knowledge: Theoretical and practical knowledge of plant tissue culture techniques, aseptic handling, media preparation, and micropropagation is essential. 

Laboratory Skills: Proficiency in using laboratory equipment, maintaining sterile conditions, and executing various stages of plant tissue culture processes. 

Attention to Detail: A keen eye for detail is important to ensure accurate execution of tissue culture protocols and maintaining contamination-free cultures. 

Record Keeping: Ability to maintain detailed records of experiments, protocols, and observations. 

Adaptability: Plant tissue culture conditions can vary depending on plant species. The ability to adapt techniques for different species is valuable. 

Collaboration: Effective communication and collaboration skills, as research often involves working with other researchers, scientists, and assistants. 

Problem-Solving: Skills to troubleshoot issues that may arise during tissue culture processes and propose solutions.

Qualifications: Educational Background: A Master's degree in Microbiology, Molecular Biology, Biotechnology, Biochemistry, or a closely related field Microbiology and Molecular Biology 

Knowledge: Strong theoretical and practical understanding of microbiology and molecular biology techniques, including DNA/RNA extraction, PCR, gel electrophoresis, cloning, and microbial culturing. 

Laboratory Skills: Proficiency in using and maintaining laboratory equipment, sterile techniques, and handling hazardous materials safely. 

Research Experience: Familiarity with experimental design, data collection, and analysis related to microbiology and molecular biology research projects. 

Bioinformatics: Knowledge of basic bioinformatics tools and techniques for sequence analysis 

Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze experimental results, troubleshoot issues, and propose solutions. 

Record Keeping: Maintaining detailed and accurate records of experiments, protocols, and observations.

(4) Animal House Handling Research Assistant 

Qualifications: Educational Background: A bachelor's degree in Veterinary Science or a master’s degree Animal Science, Biology, Zoology.. Animal Care 

Knowledge: Strong understanding of animal husbandry, care, and welfare principles, including proper housing, feeding, and handling of laboratory animals. 

Laboratory Animal Handling: Proficiency in handling and managing laboratory animals, ensuring their comfort, health, and well-being while adhering to ethical guidelines and regulations. 

Laboratory Skills: Experience in maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in animal facilities, sterilization of equipment, and record-keeping of animal care activities. 

Observational Skills: Ability to observe animal behavior, identify signs of distress or illness, and respond appropriately. 

Research Experience: Understanding of research protocols involving animal subjects, including monitoring, data collection, and assisting with experimental procedures. 

Ethics and Compliance: Awareness of ethical considerations when working with animals, including protocols for minimizing discomfort and ensuring humane treatment. 

Communication: Effective communication skills to collaborate with researchers, colleagues, and veterinarians involved in animal care.
