Applications are invited from suitable candidates for the post of Project Research Scientist-I with a potential for PhD registration in the research project at the Nitte University Centre for Science Education and Research, Nitte (Deemed to be University), Deralakatte, Mangaluru.

No. of posts	One
Fellowship	Rs. 56,000/- per month + HRA
Essential Qualifications	Master's degree in Microbiology/Virology/Biomedical Science/ Biotechnology/Molecular Biology/Biochemistry/Any branch of Life Science with at least 60% marks. NET/GATE qualification preferable.
Desirable	Hands-on experience in bacteriology, experience in handling bacteriophages and nanoparticles.
Duration	The project is for 3 years. Yearly extension is based on annual review of the performance. The position is co-terminus with the project.
