Late Registration: 15 July 2010
Submission of abstracts: 15 June 2010
Submission of late abstracts: 15 July 2010
Intimation of acceptance of abstracts: 1 September 2010
Submission of full length papers: After conference (Selected papers will be published in an international Journal)

REGISTRATION FEE (per Delegate)

Students: Rs. 1500/-
Faculty/Scientist: Rs. 4000/-
Industry: Rs. 7000/-
Foreign delegates: USD 600
Accompanying person: Rs. 1500/-
Accompanying person (foreign delegates): USD 300
Late Registration fees (Extra) Rs. 500/- / USD 50

Registration fee include registration kit, accommodation, working lunches, session tea, one dinner and a gala. Regn. Fee shall be waived for research students presenting a paper (oral or poster). If funds permit, a token travel grant will also be provided to cover to and fro train fare by sleeper class.
