DBT sponsored project “Understanding the mechanisms underlying mycobacterial lipoarabinomannan inhibition of macrophage apoptosis” under Prof. Joyoti Basu, Dept. of Chemistry.
The project is tenable upto 5th December 2012. Details of qualification, fellowship/pay, age etc. are as follows:
Junior Research Fellow (one)
Essential Qualification : M.Sc. degree in Life Sciences / Chemistry with NET/GATE qualification or equivalent degree.
Fellowship : Rs. 12,000/- p.m., plus admissible H.R.A. and Medical benefit.
Age : Below 28 years (relaxable in case of SC/ST/OBC/WOMEN candidates only as per rule).
Technical Assistant (one)
Essential Qualification : B.Sc. degree in Life Sciences. Laboratory experience is preferable
Consolidated Pay : Rs. 5,000/- p.m.
Age : Below 30 years (relaxable in case of SC/ST/OBC/WOMEN candidates only as per rule).
