5 Year Integrated PG Programme MSc (Bio-Technology)
Common Entrance Test & Admission Notification – 2010-11
Applications are invited from eligible candidates for admission into 5 year (10 Semesters) Integrated M.Sc. (Chemistry) and M.Sc. (Bio-Technology) Courses (English Medium) offered by Kakatiya University, for the academic year 2010-11.
Eligibility: Candidates who have studied Mathematics, Physics and Chemistry or Biology, Physics and Chemistry at Intermediate (10+2) are eligible for M.Sc. (Chemistry) and Candidates who have studied Biology, Physics and Chemistry at Intermediate (10+2) are eligible for M.Sc. (Bio-Technology) or equivalent as recognized by Board of Intermediate Education, AP, and passed with a minimum of 50% marks (a pass mark is sufficient for SC/ST) are eligible to apply.
Admission Criteria: Admission is based on the merit at entrance test to be conducted by Kakatiya University.
Application Form and Information Brochure are available at the Directorate of Admissions, Kakatiya University, Warangal on payment of Rs.250/-. Candidates also can obtain the Application form by post from the Directorate of Admissions, Kakatiya University, Warangal (A.P.) by sending a Demand Draft for Rs.250/- in favour of ‘The Registrar, KUCET A/c.”, payable at SBH, KU Branch along with a Self-Addressed envelope (size 35 x 25 cms) with postal stamps worth Rs.42/- affixed.
