DBT funded project on "Genetic Enhancement of Indigenous Aromatic Rice of Assam (Joha Rice) using genomic Approach with Particular Reference to Aroma" will be held at the office of the undersigned. Interested candidates are requested to appear the interview with applications in plain paper along with bio-data and supporting testimonials at 2.00 pm on March 9, 2011. No TA/DA is admissible for attending the interview.

Essential Qualification M. Sc.(Agri) in Plant Breeding and Genetics/Agricultural Biotechnology/Agricultural Biochemistry/Molecular Biology and Biotechnology/M.Sc in Biotechnology and allied fields of life sciences.

Pay and allowances Rs 14000/- + HRA

Duration 3 years or till termination of the project, which ver is earlier (subject to the satisfactory performance)
