* Will lead the knowledge management function for this vertical.
* Will interact with the industry and the academia for incorporating current practices.
* Will create and manage activities that will ensure that Probiosys is viewed as the knowledge leader in the domain.
* Will build, nurture and mentor a team of dedicated and passionate faculty members.
* Will build offsite training products using latest in IT .
* Will lead initiatives in creating domain specific seminars and workshops that will attract industry professionals
* Will train faculty and design training methodologies,
* Create training modules for using automation tools.
* Responsible for the entire course delivery for this vertical.
* Oversee lab performance and create practical courses,
* Build a robust learning measurement method for learner’s evaluation.
