Manager Production (Microbial Fermentation)

Work Profile:

* Maximize productivity and minimize breakdown at the fermentation based manufacturing plant

* Optimize raw material planning and inventory control with stores/purchase

* Outline production schedules and ensure timely delivery to marketing and internal customers

* Develop cost effective processes for fermentation based products with the process development team

* Execute facility expansion projects for sterile as well as non-sterile APIs with projects team

Desired Profile

Candidate Skills:

* Thorough in Fermentation based processes (upstream /downstream processes)

* Experience in manufacturing APIs for regulated markets with in-depth

* understanding of requirements for different regulatory bodies such as FDA and EMEA.

* Well versed with cGMP aspects.

* Troubleshoot problems in complex fermentation processes

* Good knowledge of plant automation.

* Six Sigma and ERP knowledge will be advantageous

Experience 8 - 12 Years
 

Education UG - B.Tech/B.E. - Bio-Chemistry/Bio-Technology, Chemical PG - M.Tech - Bio-Chemistry/Bio-Technology, Chemical
