Junior Executive – Production –Biologicals
Work Profile:
• Support the manufacturing team and contribute during shift operations. (Bioreactors, Chromatography systems, buffer preparation, clean equipments, cleaning tanks, centrifuges, sterilization of equipments, HPLC etc.)
• Observe and maintain Safety, Health and Environment procedures.
• Calibrate weighing instruments in production
• Monitor and control of specific production operations.
• Follow available standard operating procedures & product specifications.
• Update and maintain data for Quality
• Product handling and packaging.
• Adhere to cGMP
• Report product/system non-conformities, and implementation of corrective/ preventive actions in specific areas of operation
Desired Profile
Should be familiar with centrifuge, reactors, filters pumps and chromatographs and current Good Manufacturing Practices. (cGMP)
Experience 0 - 5 Years
Education UG - B.Sc - Bio-Chemistry, Microbiology,Diploma - Chemical PG - Any PG Course
