Applications are invited from eligible candidates for the following position in the DST sponsored project ‘Carbon dioxide sequestration using anoxic microbial consortium for the production of methane fuel and oxygenic microbial consortium for bioconversion of methane to methanol’ at the Department of Microbiology, K S Rangasamy College of Arts and Science, Tiruchengode.

Name of the position : Junior Research Fellow (JRF)

Number of position : Two (2)

Essential qualification : M.Sc. with a First class in Microbiology with NET qualified
Required experience : Good knowledge in Anaerobic Microbiology

Emoluments : Rs 16,000 per month + HRA (as permissible by DST)
