Walk-in-interview will be conducted on 27 July 2012  at 11:30 am at Indian Statistical Institute, Kolkata for recruitment of two Project linked persons on purely temporary basis for the project entitled "Field Testing, Biosafety assays and Agronomic evaluation of nanocides and nanofertilizers" in the Agricultural and Ecological Research Unit of the Institute, Kolkata.

Qualifications

Essential: Masters degree in any branches of Biological/ Physical/Chemical/ Pharmaceutical sciences from a recognised university/institute with consistently good academic record.

Desirable: Experimental work on Nanobiotechnology.

Tenure of appointment Initially the appointment will be offered till 31 March 2013 from the date of hisl her joining the institute which may be extended laterl terminated earlier based on performance and availability of the required fund.

Age 35 years as on 01 July 2012. Age may be relaxed for SC/ST/OBC/Women/differently abled candidates.
