A walk-in interview to fill a post of Research Fellow to join a time-bound research programme on “Assessment of ecosystem services for conservation and management of sacred groves in the Kerala part of Western Ghats” will be held at 10.00 am onwards on 19th October 2012, at KFRI. Essential qualification:  Post graduate degree in Botany /Ecology /Forestry /Environmental Sciences / Plant Science

Desirable:

Specialisation in Plant Taxonomy/Ecology

Experience in field works in forests

Ready to work on multidisciplinary research in sacred groves

Duration: Up to April 2017

Fellowship: Rs. 12,000/- + 5% HRA per month

Age: Below 28 years

Work station:  Kerala Forest Research Institute Sub Centre, Nilambur
