Walk in Interview

Wanted following Project Fellows and Technical Assistants as listed in the table. These projects are sponsored by Central Marine Living Resources and Ecology, Kochi, under the aegis of Ministry of Earth Sciences, Delhi and Indian Institute of Tropical Meteorology, Pune, under the aegis of Ministry of Earth Sciences, New Delhi.

The tenure of the project is 36 months.

Essential qualification: First Class M.Sc. Degree in Marine Biology / Biochemistry / Chemistry/ Life Sciences/ Biotechnology Degree.

The monthly fellowship amount is Rs.14,000/- for Project Fellow who has qualified for NET examination, for non-NET qualified candidates the monthly fellowship is Rs.12,000/- consolidated and Rs.8,000/- for Technical Assistant.

Basic Qualification for the Temporary Post of Technical Assistant (consolidated – 5 Nos.) in the ensuing project(s) is B.Sc. in Science or Diploma in Engineering Subject with analytical knowledge in the Scientific Laboratory.

The eligible candidate with their Bio-data and Xerox copies of Certificate along with Original Certificate may walk in interview between 10.00 to 11.00 AM on 07/03/2013. The venue is Department of Ocean Studies and Marine Biology, Brookshabad Campus, Port Blair –744 112. These posts are purely temporary and co-terminated with the project tenure.
