Minimum Qualifications and Experience:
Job Description: To develop database of PDZ domain containing proteins and their binding partners. Modeling and docking of some of the selected partners of biological significance.
Minimum Qualifications: Master’s degree in bioinformatics from a recognized university with not less than 55% aggregate marks.
Experience: Prior experience in protein structure modeling, molecular dynamics simulation, database development skills (mysql, php etc.), data mining, server maintenance and basic bioinformatics techniques is desirable. Knowledge of HTML, Perl, C++, Java are also required. Interpretation of computational data and an understanding of its biological application is necessary.

The interviews would be held on 25th March, 2013. Only registered* candidates should report at 09.30 a.m. on 25th March, 2013 (in Steno Pool), 3rd floor, Khanolkar Shodhika, ACTREC, Kharghar, Navi Mumbai. Candidates reporting after 9.30 a.m. will not be allowed for the interview. No T.A./D.A. will be admissible for attending the interview.
At the time of Interview the candidate should bring originals along with covering letter with statement of purpose and CV with contact details of 2 referees and submit the photocopies (attested) of the certificates, with a recent passport size photograph.
*The candidate should register by applying through email in the given format to program office. The candidate will not receive any interview call letter from the office. The eligible candidates can straight away walk in for the interview on the scheduled day.
