Applications are invited for the position of project fellow to work in the following research project sponsored by University Grants Commission (UGC) [F.No. 42-669/2013(SR) letter dated 22-03-2013]
Title of the project: “Role of junk DNA in gene silencing mechanisms of Neurospora crassa”.
Position: Project Fellow (One)
Tenure: 3 Years
Qualification: Master’s Degree in Bioinformatics/Biochemistry and allied subjects with at least 55% marks (50% for SC/ST)
Desirable: Candidates with expertise in In Silico work will be preferred.
Fellowship: Rs.14,000/-pm (Initial two years), Rs. 16,000/-(3rd year)
Age: The upper age limit for project fellow is 40 as on the day in which the application is sent.
