Call for Walk-in-Interview for Junior Research Fellow
Applications are invited for a walk in interview to be held in the Conference Room of the Department of Biotechnology on July 18, 2013 at 10:00am onward for a temporary position of Junior Research Fellow in a DBT, Govt. of India funded project entitled "X ray crystallographic structure elucidation of key drug target enzymes of Leishmania donovani”
Scale of pay : Rs.16,000 for NET/GATE/BET/BINC qualified, otherwise it shall
be Rs. 12,000. HRA and Medical facilities as per institute rules.
Qualification: Candidates with M.Sc/B.Tech/M.Tech or equivalent degree Biotechnology or related subjects. Candidates with experience in Protein crystallography/Protein Biochemistry/computational Biology/Infectious disease biology will be preferred.
Terms: Appointment will be initially made for a period of one (1) year and may be
extended for up to maximum duration of the project.
Application & Selection procedure: Candidates have to appear in the walk-in-interview in person along with an application (with passport size photograph) on plain paper giving details of all educational qualifications, experience and submit photocopies of all relevant documents at the time of interview.
Selection will be based on the performance of the candidate in the interview. A candidate must appear for interview to be considered for the position. Candidates will not be sent any interview call letter separately. No TA/DA will be paid to the candidate for appearing in the interview. Advance copy of CV may be sent to vdubey@iitg.ernet.in
