Followed by open papers (both oral and posters) on the above areas by young research scholars, giving ample scope for interaction. Full length papers of prize winners and lead lectures will be published in the proceedings of the conference to disseminate the information among all researchers in the field.
CALL FOR ABSTRACTS
Abstracts for oral and poster presentations are invited in the above mentioned themes. Abstract of the papers (about 250 words) should be prepared in MS word 6.0 (or any compatible version) and sent to the Organizing Secretary, International Conference-ICRTBMS-2014, by e-mail as file attachment. Name of the presenting author must be in bold. The abstract should include aim, objective, background, results, discussion and conclusion to understand the significance of the work. Abstracts will be scrutinized by the review panel and the acceptance will be intimated to the presenting author. Subsequent to this circular, all future correspondence, unless and otherwise required, will be through e-mail only.Abstracts of registered participants alone will be printed.

Last date for submission of abstracts – 30th October, 2013
Last date for submission of full length paper – 15th November, 2013
Last date for registration – 15th December, 2013

REGISTRATION FEE
P.G. students / non-stipendiary research scholars (evidence should be produced) Rs 750/-
Faculty/ Scientists/ Delegates from industries/Research Scholars receiving fellowship-
Rs 1500/-
Accompanying persons Rs 1000/- per head.
Registration fee includes local hospitality and conference material. Accompanying person registration fee includes all facilities applicable to delegates except conference kit. Registration fee should be made in the form of demand draft of any Nationalized Bank in favour of “The Organizing Secretary, International Conference”, payable at Tiruchirappalli, submitted along with duly filled registration form.
ACCOMMODATION
Efforts for cost-free accommodation in hostels/guest houses for students and research scholars, on expressed indication in the registration form, will be made by the organizers on “first come first served basis”. Accommodation will also be arranged in hotels on request. Those who are interested in accommodation in hotels will have to pay the hotel tariff directly to the concerned hotel. Please indicate in the Registration form, your choice for stay so that advance booking will be made on behalf of the delegates
