Applications on prescribed forms are invited by the Director General, Central Council for Research in Unani Medicine, New Delhi for the under mentioned vacancies:-

1. Research Officer (Bio-Chemistry):- 01 Post

1. Scale ofPay:- Rs.15600-39100+5400 (Grade Pay)
2. Age:- Upto 35 years

Educational Qualifications:

Essential:

(a) Master's Degree in Biochemistry from a recognized University/Institution.
(b) 5 years research/teaching experience in Bio-Chemistry after obtaining the Master's Degree from a recognized Institute/College/University.

OR

(a) Ph.D in Bio-Ch em is try from a recognized University/Institution.
(b) 2 years Research/Teaching experience in the Bio-Chemistry in a recognized Institution/College/University.

Desirable:- Knowledge of Urdu/Persian/Arabic

2. Research Officer (Botany):- 01 Post

1. Scale of Pay:- Rs.15600-391 00+5400 (Grade Pay)

2. Age:- Upto 35 years

Educational Qualifications:

Essential:

(a) Masters Degree in the concerned discipline from a recognized University/Institution.
(b) 5 years Research/Teaching experience in the concerned discipline after obtaining the Master Degree in a recognized Institution/College/University.

OR

(a) Ph.D in the concerned discipline from a recognized University/Institution.

(b) 2 years Research/Teaching experience in the concerned discipline in a recognized Institute/ University.

Desirable:- Knowledge of Urdu, Arabic, Persian.

7. Research Assistant (Botany):- 02 Posts

1. Scale of Pay:- Rs.9300-34800+4200 (Grade Pay)
2. Age:- Upto 30 years

Educational Qualifications:

Essential:

(a) Post Graduate degree in the concerned discipline from a recognized University/Institute.

(b) Aptitude for Research.

Desirable:-. Knowledge of English, Urdu/ Arabic/ Persian.
