Vacancy: Junior Research Fellow under DBT Project
Applications are invited for the post of Junior Research Fellow for the following time-bound sponsored project as per the details given below:
Project Title: Structural Biology of CysE from pathogenic organisms – Potential or rational drug design
PI: Dr. Vibha Gupta, Assistant Professor, Biotechnology Department, JIIT, Noida – Sector-62
Post: JRF (one)
Duration: The project is valid for a period of Three years. No TA/DA will be paid to the candidates called for interview.
Emoluments: Maximum Rs. 18,000/- (consolidated). The emolument is subject to educational qualification or eligibility criteria as per DST OM No. A.20020/11/97-IFD dated 31.03.2010
Essential Qualifications: M.Sc. or equivalent in any area of Life Sciences with at least 55% marks. Preference will be given to CSIR /UGC/ JRF/NET qualified candidates. However, Non- NET qualified candidates can also apply.
Job Description: Cloning and mutagenesis, recombinant protein purification, protein crystallization and structure determination, in vitro assays
