Junior Research Fellow (JRF) in Department of Biological Chemistry

Walk-in-interview for a JRF position will be held on 19.11.2013 at 3.00 P.M. in the C.V. Raman Hall of Indian Association for the Cultivation of Science (IACS).

No. of Post : 02 (Two)

Essential Qualifications : B.Sc. & M.Sc. in Chemistry/Biochemistry/Physiology with minimum average 55% marks and qualified in NET/GATE.

Research Area :

1) Design and delivery of drugs in cancer cells/C2C12 myotubes
2) Functional analysis of nonmuscle myosin II-C isoforms in neuronal cells.

Nationality : Applicant should be an Indian citizen.

Fellowship : As per rules of IACS.

Age limit : Should be below 28 years on the date of application. Age relaxation is applicable as per Govt. rule.

No TA will be admissible for attending the interview.
