‘Application of Bionformatics Tools and it’s Extension to Drug Discovery’

Objective: To introduce the emerging trends and applications of bioinformatics in biological sciences and to provide hands on training on bioinformatics tools for biological and pharmaceutical research. This workshop will enrich the participants with concepts, skills and tools of bioinformatics for sequence analyses, gene and protein structure prediction, molecular docking and drug discovery by QSAR technique.
Expected participants: Faculty/Research students in Biological Science/Chemical Sciences and Pharmaceutical discipline.
