Qualifications & Experience
(i) M. Sc in Biophysics/Biotechnology/Life Science/Biochemistry with valid GATE/ NET score.
Preferences will be given to those who have special paper in Biochemistry/Molecular Biology and having two year experience with wet laboratory related to biomaterials/biophysics work (for SRF) Or B. Tech (Chemical Engineering/Materials Science) with two year experience (for SRF) in related wet laboratory OR M. Tech (Chemical/ Biomedical Engineering/Materials Science/Biotechnology/Nanotechnology) Desirable experience: Preference will be given to those having hands on experience in culture of animal cells/ analysis of biomolecules/biomaterials/biophysical/molecular biology techniques/bioactivity assays. (ii) First class (or equivalent grade point) B. Tech in Biotechnology/Chemical Engineering/ Materials Science & Engineering). OR B. Sc. (preferred) / B.A./B. Com/Diploma in Management or Computer Science (minimum 55% marks starting from matriculation examination).
Relevant Experience Preference will be given to those having hands on experience in biological Institute, computer applications/ typing and/or accounting (for Research Assistant/Sr. Project Assistant minimum two years experience for considering higher pay). Institute employee may also apply having above qualifications and experiences (pay will be fixed as per rules and maximum Rs. 24,000/- inclusive all benefits.
