Eligible candidates may appear in Walk-in-interview for the post of Senior Research Fellows and skilled assistants in CGIAR funded project as follows
Assessment of symbiotic nitrogen fixing potential and phosphorus use efficiency in chickpea lines/genotypes
SRF-Senior Research Fellow (Two position)

Essential- M.Sc. Microbiology/ Applied Microbiology; Good knowledge of computers and MS Office
Desirable- Experience of field work and soil/plant/ microbiological analyses
Assessment of symbiotic nitrogen fixing potential and phosphorus use efficiency in chickpea lines/genotypes
Age limit: 35 years for men and 40 years for women; relaxation to SC/ST/OBC/PH/ Ex-serviceman as per the Govt. of India rules
Terms and Conditions:
1. The positions are purely temporary and can be terminated on one month’s notice / Termination of the project. The selected candidates shall not claim for regular appointments at this institute as the positions are purely temporary, time bound and co-terminus with the project
2. No TA/DA will be paid for attending the interview
3. Candidates are requested to bring 5 copies of duly filled biodata at the time of interview
(format enclosed) along with the original certificates and attested photocopies of all requisite certificates
4. Canvassing in any form will disqualify the candidate.
5. Candidates without M.Sc. degree certificate/PDC (provisional degree certificate) for SRF and Matriculation certificate for skilled assistant will not be considered for interview.
6. Kindly send the biodata in the format given by email (swarna_micro@iari.res.in), one week before the interview for SRF
7. Candidates reaching after specified timing will not be entertained.
Walk-in-interview will be held on January 31, 2015 at 10.00 am in the Conference Room of Division of Microbiology, IARI, New Delhi-110012.
