I want to know why csir did not mention in csir dec 2014 notification that they will give seprate merit list for obc non creamy layer.
ReplyDeleteIndia is really great because see the above cut off, govt encourage the reservations same conditions will be continue in csir hrdg Indian scientist never be publish at least single nature paper in future 107.5 marks in unreserved candidates not qualified in jrf but 87 marks in reserved candidates got jrf
