The Head, Division of Genetics, IARI, New Delhi intends to recruit one posts for Young
Professional and one Unskilled Helper in the ICAR funded project on “Harvest Plus Biofortification
of wheat”. The details of the positions are given below:
Terms & Conditions
Age limit: Minimum 21 years and not more than 40 years on the date of interview.
Rs. 25,000/ (Consolidated) (As per ICAR F. No.17 (1)/2013- Estt. IV Dated 12/08/2013) Rs 10,000/ (consolidate)
Post Graduate Degree in Genetics and Plant Breeding/Biotechnology/Basic science (Life Sciences).
Age
relaxation of five years for SC/ST & women and three years for OBC.
(i) The post is purely temporary and will be filled on contractual basis initially for a period up to
December 2017, which may be extended periodically subject to performance till the termination
of the project.
(ii) The selected candidate shall not claim regular appointment at this Institute, as the post is coterminus
with the project.
(iii) The interview of eligible candidates will be held on 11th October, 2017 in the Room No-6, of
Cummings Laboratory, IIMR Building, In front of Post Office, IARI, New Delhi 110012.
(iv) Reporting time: 9.30 AM
(v) The candidates will have to bring a copy of bio-data, original certificates, self-attested
photocopies of all the required certificates from matriculation onwards and copy of recent
passport size photograph.
(vi) No TA/DA will be paid for attending the interview.
(vii) Only the candidates having essential qualifications would be entertained for the interview.
(viii) Concealing of facts or canvassing in any form shall lead to disqualification or termination.
(ix) The candidates are required to submit the application at the time of interview only in the format
annexed along with the declaration
(x) The candidate intending to appear for interview, if any of his near or distant relative is an
employee of the ICAR/IARI, has to declare his/her name, designation, nature of duties,
relationship in advance in writing so as to reach Dr. Anju Mahendru Singh, PI, Division of
Genetics, by 11th October, 2017.
